The SOF Individual Medical Aid Pouch is a force multiplier for the medical operator, placing critical medical supplies at the point of wounding, not in the Medic’s aid bag. Strategically mounted on a leg mounted panel with a external front panel rapid-access pocket with a Velcro pull-tab for immediate access to a tourniquet when “seconds count.” Internal organizer system safely secures and provides rapid access to a basic load of medical items. Pouch attaches to all existing PALS/MOLLE systems using S.O.TECH’s “New Generation” Flex-Tab” attachment system. Incorporates protected, double-enlarged, silenced rubber-coated zippers with an additional 2-inch protective flap located on the top of the pouch providing additional security. The pouch is also equipped with S.O.TECH’s quick-rip pull-tab that can be pre-positioned outside the pouch to grab and pull, immediately opening the pouch when the tactical situation permits. “IFAK” is embroidered on the front flap for easy identification of vital medical items.
